气压止血带充气前两种不同驱血方法的对比研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To compare the effect of two different blood-evacuation methods before inflation of pneumatic tourniquet. Methods 〓Totally 100 patients withlower extremity surgery were assigned to the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the different blood-evacuation methods. The rubber strap was used before inflation of pneumatic tourniquet in the control group, and the manual squeezing method was adopted in the observation group. The duration of blood-evacuation,efficacy of blood-evacuation and related complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results 〓The duration of blood-evacuation in the observation group was shorter than that of the controls(4.32±1.70 min vs.5.45±2.82 min, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in efficacy of blood-evacuation between two groups(P>0.05). Patients in the observation group had a lower severity of related complications(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Manual squeezing method is an safety and effective blood-evacuation method before inflation of pneumatic tourniquet.
