实施预检分诊改善门诊就诊体验
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect pre-examination triage in improving the outpatients’ experience. Methods 〓To set up the pre-examination triage system in outpatients department since the November 2016. The convenience sampling method was adopted and questionnaire survey was conducted to 50 patients before and after implementation of pre-examination triage system respectively. Results 〓There was a decrease in wrong registration, complaint rate and averaged waiting time for consultation after the implementation of outpatient triage(P<0.05). The satisfactory rate of patients during the triage increased from 88.00% to 98.00% after implementation of pre-examination triage(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The pre-examination triage can improve the triage efficiency and promote the outpatient's experience.
