舌面脉体质辨识偏颇体质的中医辨证调质护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the nursing management by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation for people with biased physique constitution screened by tongue, complexion and pulse identification system. Methods 〓Thirty people with biased physique constitution screened by tongue, complexion and pulse identification system were included in this study. Nursing interventions by TCM syndrome differentiation were carried out. The score of syndrome differentiation scale, awareness rate of health knowledge and rate of health behavior formation were observed and compared before and after nursing intervention. Results 〓After implementation of nursing intervention, the score of peaceful physique constitution was increased and the score of biased physique constitution was decreased(P<0.05). Thirty people with biased physique constitution achieved a higher awareness rate of health knowledge and rate of health behavior formation after nursing intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The nursing management by TCM syndrome differentiation is potentially effective to improve the health knowledge and behavior of people with biased physique constitution. Physique constitution screened by tongue, complexion and pulse identification system can be better applied to sub-healthy population, in order to prevent disease.
