中药“复方白玉散”外敷治疗哺乳期乳头皲裂的临床观察与护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of external application of compound Baiyusan prescription in treatment of cracked nipple during lactation period. Methods 〓Totally 60 postpartum women with cracked nipples were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups received routine treatment and nursing care, and those in the observation group were given external application of compound Baiyusan prescription. The clinical efficacy of the intervention was evaluated, and the pain relief time and lesion healing time were observed and compared between two groups. Results 〓The overall effective rate was 96.67%(29/30)in the observation group and was 86.67%(26/30)in the control group, but without a significant difference(P>0.05). The pain relief time and lesion healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The external application of compound Baiyusan prescription is effective to improve the healing of cracked nipples without affecting milk production.
