MOTOmed viva2配合中药穴位熨烫治疗中风后肌痉挛的进展

[摘要] Abstract：The muscle spasm is a common complication of post-stroke hemiplegia, and is featured with upper limb flexor spasms and lower limb extensor muscle spasms. It seriously affects the motor function and activity of daily life in patients after stroke. The cuttent treatment methods usually include high doses of oral medication, acupuncture, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, kinesitherapy, traditional Chinese medicine decoction. However, these therapies have relatively high complications and low tolerance of patients. MOTOmed Viva2 movement training combined with acupoint ironing with Chinese herbs shows a good effect in treatment of muscle spasm after stroke. With advantages of being easy to use, less adverse reactions and high compliance of patients, it can effectively improve the body movement function of patients.
