髋关节置换术后患者疼痛自我管理行为的影响因素分析及对策

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the influencing factors of self-management behavior on pain control after total hip arthroplasty(THA)and provide related nursing measures. Methods 〓To observe the pain degree of 200 patients at 3 days after THA. The influential factors of self-management behavior and the correlation between the degree of pain and self-management behavior was analyzed. Results 〓The total score of postoperative pain self-management behavior was 20.00(15.00~30.00), which was in a low level. Patients' gender, living place, educational level and whether they were accompanied by family members for 24 hours were related to postoperative pain self-management behaviors(P<0.05). The postoperative pain degree was negative correlated with pain self-management behaviors(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓THA patients have poor postoperative pain control and poor self-management ability. Patients should be instructed to improve pain self-management ability before surgery or to control postoperative pain more effectively.
