加速康复外科理念联合家庭护理干预对良性前列腺增生患者术后生活质量的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of the intervention based on fast-track surgery(FTS)and home nursing on postoperative quality of life in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Methods 〓Totally 74 patients with surgical treatment for BPH were assigned to the control group and the observation group according to the admission sequence, with 37 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine care, and those in the observation group were given extra interventions based on FTS and home nursing. The score of international prostatic symptom scores(IPSS)and the revised version of the special scale for the quality of life of BPH(BPHQLS)were observed and compared between two groups. Results 〓After the intervention, the IPSS score in the control group was higher than that in the study group, and the BPHQLS score was lower in the control group than that in the study group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Intervention based on FTS and home nursing can effectively improve the postoperative rehabilitation of prostatic function and quality of life in BPH patients.
