腹部按摩联合穴位贴敷预防肺癌术后便秘的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of abdominal massage combined with acupoint application in prevention of postoperative constipation of patients with lung cancer. Methods Totally 73 patients undergoing surgical treatment for lung cancer were assigned to the control group(n=37)and the observation group(n=36). Both two groups received routine care after surgery, and those of the observation group were given combined treatment of abdominal massage and acupoint application. The condition of postoperative defecation and incidence of constipation were observed and compared between two groups. Results 〓The incidence of constipation was 8.33%(3/36)in the observation group and was 40.54%(15/37)in the control group(P<0.05). The time of first defecation was earlier in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05). Patients of the observation group had more times of defecation within 4 days after operation and a lower score of difficulty in defecation(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The abdominal massage combined with acupoint application is effective to prevent postoperative constipation of patients with lung cancer.
