改良偏头法预防PICC置管误入颈内静脉的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the improved method of turning head in preventing peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)tip into the internal jugular vein. Methods 〓Totally 379 patients undergoing PICC catheterization were assigned to the control group(n=190)and the observation group(n=189). The routine turning head method was used to prevent misplaced catheter tip into the internal jugular vein, and the improved method of turning head was applied in observation group. Results 〓The incidence of misplaced catheter into jugular vein was lower in observation group than that of controls(4.76% vs. 10.53%, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The improved method of turning head may prevent the misplaced PICC tip into the internal jugular vein, which in turn improves the one-time success rate of puncture.
