手术室伙伴式一体化查房模式的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of ward round based on partnership model in operation room. Methods 〓Totally 57 nurses from operation room were enrolled in this study. The operation room adopted the ward round based on partnership model in year 2016 instead of conventional ward round model which was adopted in year 2015. The nurses’ evaluation on ward round, theory and practice examination results, satisfactory degree and averaged duration between consecutive operations were assessed and compared before implementation of partnership model. Results 〓Nurses achieved a higher score in theory and practice examination in year 2016 than those in year 2015(P<0.05). In assessing quality of ward round, the score of ward round method, initiative leaning, accomplishment and problem-solving were increased after implementation of partnership model(P<0.05). More nurses were satisfied with the ward round efficacy in year 2016 than those in year 2015(92.98 % vs. 54.39%, P<0.05). The averaged duration between consecutive operations decreased from 40 minutes in year 2015 to 15 minutes in year 2016. Conclusion 〓The establishment of partnership model benefits the communication between surgeons, anesthetist and nurses, therefore improve the ward round efficacy and comprehensive abilities of nurses.
