新鲜芦荟贴敷联合特定电磁波谱治疗仪对会阴侧切口愈合的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of aloe ointment external application combined with electromagnetic waves(TDP)therapy on perineal incision healing after lateral episiotomy. Methods 〓Totally 300 puerperants undergoing lateral episiotomy were assigned to the observation group(n=150)and the control group(n=150). The TDP therapy after iodine disinfection of perineal incision was carried out in the control group, and the aloe ointment external application combined with TDP therapy was adopted in the observation group. The wound healing condition was evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓The proportion of puerperants with first-stage wound heating was 86.67%(130/150)in the observation group and 53.33%(80/150)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓The aloe ointment external application combined TDP therapy is potentially effective to improve the perineal incision healing after lateral episiotomy.
