可调节式弹力固定带在预防小儿心电图检查电极脱落中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the application efficacy of adjustable elastic band in preventing dislocation of electrocardiograph electrodes in children. Methods 〓Totally 70 patients undergoing 12-lead electrocardiograph were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 35 cases in each group. The adjustable elastic band was used to fix the electrocardiograph electrodes in the observation group. Results 〓There was 12(34.29%)cases of electrocardiograph electrodes dislocation in the control group and 4(11.43%)cases of electrocardiograph electrodes dislocation in the observation group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). There was no case of pressure injury reported in the observation group. Conclusion 〓The adjustable elastic band, with advantages of reliable fixation and convenience to use, can reduce the repeated examination of electrocardiograph caused by dislocation of electrocardiograph electrodes.
