优质护理联合穴位埋线在改善血管性痴呆患者智力及生活质量中的效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the high-quality nursing combined with acupoint catgut embedding in improving the mental state and quality of life in patients with vascular dementia(VD). Methods 〓Totally 68 elderly VD patients were assigned to the group A(n=34)and group B(n=34)according to the even an even and odd-numbered admission number. Patients of both two groups received high-quality nursing, and those in the group B were given acupoint catgut embedding. The mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and quality of life-Alzheimer's Disease scale(QOL-AD)were used to evaluate the mental state and quality of life of patients. Results 〓The scores of MMSE and QOL-AD scale were increased in both two groups after intervention, and were higher in the group B than those in the group A(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓In addtition to high-quality nursing, the acupoint catgut embedding is potentially effective to improve the mental state and quality of life in patients with vascular dementia.acupoint catgut embedding;.
