无针密闭式输液接头在经皮肾穿刺造瘘术中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the application efficacy of needleless closed infusion connector in percutaneous nephrostomy(PCN). Methods 〓Totally 100 patients placed drainage tube after PCN were randomly divided into trial group(n=50)and control group(n=50). The control group was directly connected to the urine collection bag at the end of nephrostomy drainage tube according to the traditional method; the trial group was connected with a needleless closed infusion connector at the end of nephrostomy drainage tube, and then reconnected with urine collection bag. The incidence of urine leakage, the junction rupture and separation of nephrostomy tube as well as postoperative infection was observed between two groups. Results 〓In trial group, one case suffered from urine leakage and one from the junction separation, and the total incidence of nursing adverse reactions was 4.00%. In control group, 15 cases suffered from urine leakage, 8 from the junction rupture, 4 from the junction separation and 2 from postoperative infection, and the total incidence of nursing adverse reactions came up to 58.00%, which was significantly higher than that in trial group(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓Application of needleless closed infusion connector in the connection of nephrostomy drainage tube can effectively reduce nursing adverse reactions, so it deserves to be popularized and applied in clinic.
