以岗位义务为核心的分层培训模式在骨科低年资护士培训中的应用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To evaluate the hierarchical training model focusing on job responsibility in training of junior nurses in the orthopedics department. Methods 〓Totally 97 junior nurses in the orthopedics department were assigned to the observation group(n=49)and the control group(n=48). The conventional teaching method was adopted in the control group, and hierarchical training model focusing on job responsibility was conducted in the observation group. The effectiveness of teaching and training was compared between two groups. Results 〓Junior nurses in the observation group achieved higher scores in assessment of orthopedics knowledge and operating skills compared with those of controls(P<0.01). Junior nurses in the observation group were more satisfied with the training compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The hierarchical training model focusing on job responsibility can improve the position competency of the junior nurses in the orthopedics department.
