基于静脉输液治疗团队的静脉输液现状调查

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the current status of intravenous infusion and related complications based on establishment of intravenous infusion team(IV-team). Methods 〓The IV-team was set up, and current status of intravenous infusion in second quarter of 2017 was investigated by using self-made report form. Results 〓There were 208 203 cases of intravenous infusion performed in the second quarter of 2017 and 8 999 of them with complications, including 252 cases of infusion-related phlebitis, 2 144 cases of leakage, 1 696 cases of catheter blockage and 4 907 cases of puncture failure. Conclusion 〓It is required to consistently regulate the safety management in intravenous infusion operation by IV-team.
