骨科住院患者跌倒原因分析及防范措施

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze the potential reasons of falls among elderly hospitalized patients in orthopedic ward by using cause-and-effect diagram, and to propose preventive measures. Methods 〓To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 19 elderly patients who experienced fall events during hospitalization, and to find out the potential causes. Results 〓The causes of falls could be summarized as patients factors, environmental factors and management factors. Conclusion 〓It is suggested to enhance the dynamic evaluation and health education on patients, create the safe clinical ward and establish the emergency plan, in order to reduce the risk of falls among elderly hospitalized patients in orthopedic ward.
