经尿道前列腺电切术后尿失禁的中西医结合护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with urinary incontinence after transurethral resection of the prostate. Methods 〓A total of 68 patients with urinary incontinence after transurethral resection of the prostate were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 34 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups were given routine care during treatment. Patients in the observation group were given nursing interventions of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, including emotional care, sphincter ani muscle and pelvic floor muscle exercise, auricular point sticking, warming needle moxibustion and so on. The scores of urge urinary incontinence(UUI), incontinence quality of life instrument(I-QOL)score, duration of urinary incontinence were observed and compared between two groups. Results 〓The UUI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(1.22±0.23 vs. 3.87±0.42, P<0.05). The I-QOL score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(89.45±7.52 vs. 75.63±10.33, P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had a shorter duration of urinary incontinence compared with that in the control group(2.31±0.15 months vs. 3.67±0.26 months, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing can reduce the severity of urinary incontinence, shorten the recovery time and improve the quality of life in patients after transurethral resection of the prostate.
