主动护理干预对俯卧位手术压疮的预防作用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze the preventive effect of active nursing intervention on pressure sores caused by surgery in prone position. Methods 〓Totally 40 patients undergoing lumbar surgery with general anesthesia were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the research group was added active nursing intervention based on the routine nursing. The condition of pressure sores and satisfactory degree were observed between two groups. Results 〓There were 13(65.00%)cases and 1(5.00%)case suffering from pressure sores respectively in control group and research group. The rate of pressure sores in control group was significantly higher than that in research group(P<0.01). The satisfactory degree in research group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓Application of active nursing intervention in the prone position surgery with general anesthesia can effectively reduce the occurrence of pressure sores and improve the patients' satisfactory degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
