提高精神科患者工娱治疗参与率的实践研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the measures and implementing efficacy of modified clinical practice on participation rate of recreation therapy among psychiatric patients. Methods 〓The participation situation of recreation therapy among psychiatric patients from two clinical wards was assessed in March, 2017. The potential reasons of low participation rate were analyzed and modified interventions were provided, including tidying wards, doing health exercises, playing tug-of-war game and making handcrafted flowers. Results 〓The participation rate in May, 2017 was higher than that in March, 2017(75.01% vs. 36.95%, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Implementing changes in clinical practice is effective to improve the participation rate of recreation therapy among psychiatric patients.
