血管成像仪在门诊手足口病患儿外周静脉穿刺中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of infrared imaging system as a support in venipuncture for children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD). Methods 〓Totally 1 800 HFMD children were assigned to the observation group(n=900)and the control group(n=900)according to the sequence of admission date. The venipuncture method by measuring the vessel distribution was adopted in the control group, and the infrared imaging system as a support was used for venipuncture in the observation group. The efficacy of two different methods in venipuncture was observed, and the satisfactory degree of parents was evaluated. Results 〓The averaged duration of venipuncture was(1.75±0.80)min in the observation group and was(5.72±1.17)min in the control group(P<0.05). The one-time success rate of puncture was higher in the observation group than that of controls(99.89% vs. 76.11%, P<0.05). Parents of children in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing service than those of children in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The infrared imaging system as a support can effectively reduce the time cost and improve the success rate of puncture and safety in children with HFMD.
