百度网盘信息化教学模式在护理继续教育中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigated the effect of information teaching based on Baidu Cloud storage for continuing education of nursing. Methods 〓A training group was established in January 2017, and group members were responsible for uploading teaching materials to the Baidu cloud storage. After classifying and downloading the materials, nurses could arrange their own schedule to complete the study plan. The outcomes of theory test, operating practice and comprehensive capability assessment in 2016 and 2017 were observed and analyzed. Results 〓Nurses achieved higher outcomes of theory test and operating practice in 2017 compared with those of nurses in 2016(P<0.05). The qualified rate of comprehensive capability assessment was 94.74%(18/19)in 2017, which was higher than 83.33%(15/18)in 2016, but with no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion 〓The information teaching based on Baidu Cloud storage can improve the flexibility in continuing education. It can facilitate nurses to enhance their practical skills by piecemeal learning.
