抚触护理应用于神经外科躁动患者的效果评估
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of human touch as a nursing intervention for neurosurgical patients with agitation after brain injury. Methods 〓Totally 76 patients with agitation after brain injury were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 38 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups received routine care during treatment, and the human touch as a nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group. The score of sedation-agitation scale(SAS), the duration of physical restraint and the satisfactory degree of patients were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓The SAS score in the observation group was(4.21±0.63)and was(5.72±0.58)in control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the duration of first physical restraint between the observation group and the control group(35.79±7.25 h vs. 37.13±6.83 h, P>0.05). The total duration time of physical restraint during hospitalization in observation group was shorter than that in control group(71.45±21.82 h vs. 104.53±16.02 h, P<0.05). The satisfactory degree of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of human touch as a nursing intervention can relieve the severity of agitation and reduce duration time of physical restraint in patients with agitation after brain injury.
