应用PDCA循环提高PDA辅助静脉输液查对制度执行率

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle in improving correct execution of intravenous infusion check system by personal digital assistants(PDA)in clinical nurses. Methods 〓The defects and problems in implementation of intravenous infusion check system by PDA were analyzed. The improvement measures were carried out by using PDCA cycle mode. The correct execution rate of intravenous infusion check system was compared before and after implementation of PDCA cycle. Results 〓The correct execution rate increased from 38.06% in July, 2017 to 92.90% in December, 2017. Conclusion 〓The PDCA cycle is an effective tool to improve the correct execution of intravenous infusion check system by PDA in clinical nurses.
