手术室患者的压疮护理风险管理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of risk management based on multidisciplinary cooperation and doctor-nurse integration in prevention of pressure ulcers among patients in the operating theater. Methods 〓Totally 437 patients with surgical treatment lasting over 2 hours were selected as the observation group between June, 2017 and December, 2017. Another 445 patients were included as the control group between January, 2017 and May, 2017. The conventional preventive measures were adopted in the control group, and the risk management based on multidisciplinary cooperation and doctor-nurse integration was carried out in the observation. The incidence of pressure ulcers and satisfactory degree of patients were observed and compared between two groups. Results 〓the incidence of pressure ulcers was 0.46%(2/437)in the observation group and was 4.04%(18/445)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The satisfactory degree of patients was higher in the observation than that of controls(91.99% vs. 77.98%, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The risk management based on multidisciplinary cooperation and doctor-nurse integration is potentially effective to reduce risk of pressure ulcers among patients during surgical treatment.
