废弃呼吸气囊在男童麻醉复苏期排尿护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the application of disused breathing bag in nursing care of urination among boys in the recovery period after general anesthesia. Methods 〓Totally 380 children aged 3-11 years old were involved and randomly divided into the observation group(n=198)and the control group(n=182)in this study. They underwent surgeries under intratracheal anesthesia or laryngeal mask anesthesia, but without catheterization. The children were picked by the nursing staff or their parents to urinate after they had micturition desire in control group. In observation group, the nursing staff asked whether they had micturition desire or not initiatively, and encouraged them to take urination in the bed. At the same time, a disused breathing bag was used to cover the penis for urine collection. Results 〓The proportion of children with bed-wetting, crying, contaminated wounds and intravenous indwelling needle withdrawal in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The use of disused breathing bag to collect urine, which can reduce the occurrence of accidents in PACU, reduce the nursing workload, and improve the comfort level of children.
