缺陷式情景教学在急诊实习护生CPR培训中的应用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of defect situational teaching method in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)assessment training of nursing students in emergency practice. Methods 〓From June 2017 to December 2017, 50 nursing students received trainings of CPR theory and practice by using defect situational simulation method, and participated the test after the completion of the training program. The teaching efficacy and satisfactory degree of nursing students before and after training were evaluated. Results 〓The performance of CPR assessment of the trainee nurses was greatly improved after implementation of the defect situational teaching method(P<0.05). There was a significant difference in satisfaction degree of nursing students before and after implementation of the defect situational teaching method(94.00% vs. 78.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Training with the defect situational teaching method can improve the CPR skills of emergency nurses and their satisfaction with clinical teaching.
