护士对管道固定认知现状的调查分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the cognition, attitude and behavior of tube fixation among nurses. Methods 〓A survey by using self-made questionnaire was conducted to 170 nurses. Results 〓The outcome of investigation showed a relatively poor knowledge level of tube fixation among nurses. The accurate rate of item proper method of tailoring adhesive tape for fixation and fixation site and methods according to the different medical tube was 12.50% and 12.50%, respectively. In terms of attitude to tube fixation, 86.25% of nurses considered that the more attention should be paid on tube fixation, 80.00% of nurses needed standardized training on tube fixation, and 81.25% of them supported to build the professional team. In terms of behavior, the item skin cleaning before tube fixation ranked lowest, with 6.25% of accurate rate. Conclusion 〓Findings of study indicated a poor cognition level of tube fixation among nurse. It is required to carry out training of tube fixation for nurses.
