人工髋关节置换术患者术后心理状态的质性研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the postoperative psychological status of patients undergoing bilateral total hip arthroplasty. Methods 〓A purposive sampling method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 16 patients undergoing bilateral total hip arthroplasty. The data was analyzed by phenomenological analysis methods. Results 〓The mental state of patients after hip arthroplasty was divided into 4 themes: lack of information of nursing, expectation of professional guidance, anxiety and fear of hip dislocation, sleep deprivation, expectation of returning to family and society. Conclusion 〓It is required to provide health education about postoperative rehabilitation, in order to relieve anxiety level and promote recovery of social function in patients after total hip arthroplasty.
