临床护理实习生共情能力现状及影响因素分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of empathy competency among clinical nursing interns. Methods 〓The general information of clinical nursing interns was collected by questionnaire survey and analyzed using one-way analysis of variance, and the current situation of empathy competency was also analyzed. The data with significant difference were enrolled into multi-factor linear regression model. Results 〓The average score of empathy competency for clinical nursing interns was(87.60±16.40)points, and the score rate was 62.57%. There was statistical significance regarding the scores of empathy competency among clinical nursing interns at the different age, education background, household economy and presence or absence of student cadre(P<0.05). The results of multi-factor linear regression analysis revealed that age, education background, household economy and student cadre were the major factors influencing the empathy competency of clinical nursing interns(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The empathy competency of clinical nursing interns is at the lower level. Age, education background, household economy and student cadre are the factors influencing the empathy competency of clinical nursing interns.
