初始基础胰岛素治疗患者的管理经验

[摘要] Abstract：The self-management and health education are two key issues in long-term treatment of diabetic mellitus, and standard injection of insulin can benefit patients with a more stable blood glucose profile. This paper introduced a case management model for diabetic patients with initial use of basal insulin. Nursing interventions mainly included health education on diabetes knowledge, treatment of acute and chronic complications, regulation on injection of insulin, monitoring of blood glucose, guidance on dietary and exercise, self-evaluation.
