实施综合能力评估提升妇科临床带教质量
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the evaluation model of comprehensive ability in clinical teaching of gynecology. Methods 〓Totally 113 nursing students with internship in gynecology wards were included. The evaluation model of comprehensive ability was adapted to those nursing students, and a questionnaire-based survey was conducted to investigate the opinions of nursing students on evaluation model. Results 〓Altogether 96(84.96%)questionnaires were valid for analysis, and the satisfactory rate was 100.00%(96/96). Of 96 nursing students investigated, 88(91.67%)of them considered evaluation model could improve the learning outcome, 79(82.29%)nursing students believed evaluation model could active learning consciousness, 78(81.25%)nursing students thought evaluation model could enhance the communication skills, 65(67.71%)students regarded the evaluation mode as a promoter of teamwork, 63(65.63%)nursing students thought evaluation model could improve the manipulative ability, 61(63.54%)nursing students believed evaluation model could improve the awareness of health education, 57(59.38%)nursing students thought evaluation model could familiarized them with operation procedure. Conclusion 〓The evaluation model of comprehensive ability is an effective tool to cultivate teamwork spirit and awareness of integrated nursing, which in turn may increase the compressive skills of nursing students.
