新生儿经脐静脉置入输液港的护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the venous access port implantation by umbilical vein catheterization in intravenous infusion for newborns, and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods 〓Totally 6 newborns with venous access port implantation by umbilical vein catheterization were included in this study. Nurses strengthened communication with parents of newborns before the venous access port implantation. Nursing measures were carried out to prevent the catheter-related infection. Nursing measures such as maintenance of venous access port and observation on catheter-related complications were carried out after the establishment of the venous access. Results 〓All 6 newborns completed treatment and discharged from the hospital, there was no severe complication such as catheter-related infection, catheter dislocation, blockage or extravasation observed during hospitalization. Conclusion 〓Application of venous access port implantation may reduce the pain degree induced by repeated venipuncture. It is important to maintain the venous access port during implantation.
