远红外线照射联合中草药精油凝胶外涂对血液透析患者内瘘并发症的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of the far-infrared therapy combined with external application of Chinese herb essential oil on fistula-related complications in hemodialysis patients. Methods 〓Totally 90 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=45). Patients of two groups received routing care during hemodialysis, and those in the observation group were given far-infrared therapy combined with external application of Chinese herb essential oil. The fistula function and vascular complications of internal fistula were observed at 3 months after intervention Results 〓The incidence of insufficiency of blood flow, vascular collapse, low vascular murmur and less-elastic blood vessel were lower in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The far-infrared therapy combined with external application of Chinese herb essential oil is potentially effective to reduce the risk of fistula-related complications in hemodialysis patients.
