浦东新区综合性医院护士人文管理感知情况调查

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the perception of humanistic management among nurses from general hospitals in Pudong. Methods 〓A questionnaire based survey was conducted to 1244 nurses from seven general hospitals in Pudong. The awareness of humanistic management was evaluated and analyzed by different characteristics. Results 〓The average score of humanistic management assessment was(3.88±0.55)among 1244 nurses. There was a significant difference in score of humanistic management assessment between nurses with different hospital level, age, marital status, birth condition, working age, job title, working place and employment contract(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The findings showed a moderate level of awareness on humanistic management among nurses. Hospital managers should emphasized the humanistic spirit in decision making and implementation, in order to support the culture development in the hospital.
