规范化培训护士人文关怀能力影响因素调查分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the status quo and influential factors of humanistic caring ability in nurses receiving standard training. Methods 〓A survey was conducted among 153 nurses who received standard training. Their socioeconomic background and humanistic caring ability were investigated and analyzed. Results 〓The overall score of care ability inventory(CAI)was(198.78±17.86), which indicated a lower level of humanistic caring ability among nurses. The top 4 categories belonged to the dimension of patience, and 3 of last 5 categories belonged to the dimension of courage. The education level, care from head nurses, reasons of choosing the nursing discipline were predictive factors of humanistic caring ability in nurses receiving standard training. Conclusion 〓More efforts should be paid on the improvement of the humanistic caring ability, especially the courage, in nurses who received standard training.
