舒腹散烫疗联合足三里穴位注射对腹部术后患者胃肠功能恢复的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of hot compress of Shufusan combined with acupoint injection at Zusanli(ST36)on recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with abdominal surgery. Methods 〓Totally 60 patients undergoing the abdominal surgery were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients of both two groups received routine care after the surgery, and those in the observation group were given hot compress of Shufusan combined with acupoint injection at Zusanli(ST36). The peristaltic sound recovery time, anal exhaust time and duration of gastrointestinal decompression were assessed and compared between two groups. Results 〓Patients of the observation group had earlier time of peristaltic sound recovery time and anal exhaust compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). The duration of gastrointestinal decompression was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The hot compress of Shufusan combined with acupoint injection at Zusanli is potentially effective to improve the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery.
