医护联合管理模式在预防骨科大手术老年患者深静脉血栓形成中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of joint medical management model in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after major orthopedic surgery in elderly patients. Methods 〓Totally 140 elderly patients undergoing major orthopedic surgery were randomly divided into the study group(n=70)and the control group(n=70)according to the admission sequence. Both two groups received routine care at the perioperative period, and the joint medical management model was carried out in the observation group. The incidences of lower limb DVT, pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE)and lower limb edema were compared between two groups. The satisfactory degree of patients was evaluated by self-made questionnaires. Results 〓Patients in the study group had lower incidences of lower limb DVT and edema compared with those in the control group(4.23% vs. 14.29%,14.29% vs. 30.00%, P<0.05). The overall satisfactory degree in the study group was higher than that of controls(95.71% vs. 81.43%, P<0.05). There was no case of PTE observed in this study. Conclusion 〓The joint medical management model is effective to prevent of DVT after major orthopedic surgery in elderly patients.
