经皮冠状动脉介入治疗相关血管并发症的护理进展

[摘要] Abstract：There has been a boom in recent years in the development of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI), as well as related surgical instruments and techniques. This fast development in surgical technique and related nursing measures during the operative period leads to decreased incidence of vascular complications. This paper, in terms of different artery access for PCI, aimed to analyze the potential causes and influential factors of vascular complications in different areas. This paper also reviewed nursing interventions on vascular complications, including hemostasis by compression, onset time of compression and limb immobilization, catheter sheath retraction, and management of postoperative complications.
