1例重症基底动脉尖综合征患者的护理

[摘要] Abstract：The top of the basilar syndrome(TOBS)refers to a special type of cerebrovascular disease n the vertebral and basilar artery region, leading to poor prognosis and high mortality. This paper retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of one patient with TOBS. During treatment, comprehensive nursing interventions were carried out on safety, psychological status, medication, dietary and complications of the patient.
