中药液擦浴用于外感风热患儿降温的临床研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine bath in reducing body temperature of children with wind-heat common cold. Methods 〓Totally 60 children with wind-heat common cold were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The warm water bath was used to reduce body temperature of children in the control group, while the Chinese medicine bath was adopted in the observation group. The body temperature was measured at 30, 60, 90 and 120 min after intervention. Results 〓There was no significant difference in body temperature between two groups at 30 min after intervention(P>0.05). Compared with the warm water bath, the Chinese medicine bath showed a better effect on body temperature reduction at 60, 90 and 120 min after intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Chinese medicine bath is potentially effective to reduce the body temperature of children with wind-heat common cold.
