血液透析室精细化护理管理实践

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the meticulous management in nursing care of hemodialysis patients. Methods 〓Totally 420 cases of dialysis treatment were assigned to the observation group(n=210)and the control group(n=210). The routine care was adopted in both two groups, and meticulous managing intervention was carried out in the observation group. The incidence of nursing adverse events were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results 〓The incidence of nursing adverse events was 0.48%(1/210)in the observation group, which was lower than 7.14%(15/210)of controls(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓Meticulous management could effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events in nursing care of hemodialysis patients.
