对口支援藏区护理工作面临的现状及对策

[摘要] Abstract：〓Taking the People's Hospital of Kangding as an example, this paper introduced the present situation of nursing-related partner assistance to hospitals in Tibetan areas. According to the analysis on nursing management, nursing quality and safety control, nursing education and training, a feasible and long-term program is required to carry out, in order to promote the standardization and sustainable improvement of nursing quality in hospitals of Tibetan areas.
