数字减影血管造影技术在脑血管疾病诊断中的应用及护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing experience of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease and related nursing management. Methods 〓To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 120 cerebrovascular disease patients who received DSA. Results 〓There were 17 cases of examination-related complications, including 4 cases of subcutaneous hematoma, 2 cases of cerebral angiospasm, 3 cases of retention of urine, 1 case of hypersensitivity to iodinated contrast media, 1 case of hyperperfusion syndrome, 3 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, 2 cases of cerebral infarction and 1 case of lower-extremity vein thrombosis. All patients successfully completed the DSA, without disability or death occurred. Conclusion 〓It is required to carry out high-quality nursing for cerebrovascular disease patients during surgical treatment of DSA, in order to reduce perioperative complications and risk factors.
