心理干预对乳腺癌术后化疗患者抑郁焦虑情绪的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of psychological intervention on depression and anxiety of breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy after operation. Methods 〓Totally 72 Patients receiving chemotherapy after operation were divided into the intervention group(n=36)and the control group(n=36). Both two groups received routine nursing care and health education during chemotherapy, and the psychological intervention was carried out in the intervention group. The depression and anxiety status of patients were evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)before and after chemotherapy treatment. Results 〓The HAMD and HAMA score of intervention group was reduced after chemotherapy, with a significant difference(P<0.05). there were significant difference in scores of HAMD and HAMA between the two groups after chemotherapy(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of adverse reaction incidence during chemotherapy between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion 〓Psychological intervention could relieve the depression and anxiety of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy.
