社区高血压患者自我管理行为与主观幸福感的相关性研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the level of self-management behavior and subjective well-being in community patients with hypertension, and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods 〓Totally 220 patients were investigated by the hypertension self-management scale and general well-being scale. Results 〓The self-management score was(67.30±10.41)and the subjective well-being score was(75.70±12.19). The self-management behavior was positively correlated with the subjective well-being(r = 0.502, P<0.01). Conclusion 〓The self-management of patients with hypertension is associated with subjective well-being. The community health workers should take corresponding measures to improve the self-management of hypertensive patients, which in turn can improve their subjective well-being.
