某三甲医院手术室护士批判性思维能力现状调查与分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the critical thinking ability of theatre nurses in a certain grade 3A hospital, and to provide evidence for improving the critical thinking ability of theatre nurses. Methods 〓By using Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV), a survey on critical thinking ability was conducted to 67 theatre nurses. Results 〓The average total score of CTDI-CV was(284.31±24.53)score, higher than 280, indicating a positive critical thinking ability of nurses generally. The averaged score of finding the truth was below 40, and scores of other 6 items were higher than 40. There was a significant difference in overall score of CTDI-CV between nurses with different working seniority and with different professional title(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓Finding shows a positive ability of critical thinking among theater nurses. It is highly required to enhance the continuing nursing education and clinical training for theater nurses.
