医院压疮管理中护理质量敏感指标的构建与实施

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of nursing quality sensitivity index in management of nosocomial pressure ulcer. Methods 〓A total of 11 clinical wards were collected in 2016, and the nursing quality sensitive indicators were used to evaluate the quality of nursing care of pressure ulcers, and the causes were analyzed to improve the quality continuously. To compare of sensitive index test results and incidence of pressure ulcers between year 2015 and year 2016. Results 〓According the regular and anural check, the implementation rate of prevention measures(97.64%), awareness rate of nurses(97.86%)and awareness rate of patients/caregivers(91.43%)were higher in year 2016 than those in year 2015(P<0.05). The incidence of nosocomial pressure ulcer was 0.27% in year 2016 and was 1.12% in year 2015, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Application of nursing quality sensitivity index in the management of pressure ulcer can reduce the incidence of nosocomial pressure sores.
