亲子关爱式双C护理在儿童多导睡眠监测中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the comfort care based on parent-child interaction in polysomnography for children suspected with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods 〓Totally 60 suspected OSAHS children undergoing polysomnography were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Children in the control group were give routine care, and those in the observation group were given comfort care based on parent-child interaction. Results 〓The successful implementation rate of polysomnography was 96.67%(29/30)in the observation group and was 76.67%(23/30)in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfactory rate of parents was higher in the observation group than that of controls(96.67% vs. 70.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The application of comfort care based on parent-child interaction is effective to improve the successful implementation of polysomnography for children suspected with OSAHS.
