以问题为基础学习结合情景模拟教学法在中医护理教学查房中的应用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with scenario simulation teaching methods in ward-round teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing. Methods 〓Totally 120 nursing students were assigned to the observation group and the control group by the matched-pair method. The teacher-led ward-round teaching method was used in the control group, and the PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching methods were used in the control group. The scores of theory test and clinical practice and the clinical comprehensive ability of students were evaluated. The perspectives of students on teaching methods were investigated in the observation group. Results 〓Students in the observation group achieved higher scores of theory test and clinical practice compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Students in the observation group had a higher level of clinical comprehensive ability compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Students in the observation group were satisfied with the teaching methods in improving independent learning skills, interest in clinical practice, teamwork, ability to access information and clinical thinking capacity. However, they were not satisfied with increased learning burdens. Conclusion 〓The PBL and scenario simulation teaching methods are effective to improve the students' interest in learning, and enhance the skills of TCM nursing and health education among nursing students.
